We visited them and thoroughly assessed their record keeping requirements,  working out what they were happy with and what would save them time. We moved their entire accounting system to a cloud accounting system and they have never looked back. They no longer need a bookkeeper, they have secure access to a dashboard which shows the bank balance, GST and PAYG payable along with outstanding sales and which supplies require payment.

We migrated their accounting software from PC based MYOB to a Xero to allow the directors access at any time and to give them focused reports with executive summaries specific to their industry benchmarks.
